Brain Injury Association of Minnesota Privacy Policy
The Brain Injury Association of Minnesota makes public the names of people and organizations that financially support the Association through its Annual Report, Quarterly Newsletter and other publications. If you would like your name to be kept private and excluded from all printings and postings, please send an e-mail to info@braininjurymn.org or call 612-378-2742 or 1-800-669-6442.
All other personal information collected by the Brain Injury Association of Minnesota through the website, email, phone, mail or other method, will not be shared with any person or organization outside the Brain Injury Association of Minnesota without your prior consent unless required by law. Please e-mail info@braininjurymn.org or call 612-378-2742 or 1-800-669-6442 if you would like to review or correct the information that the Association has collected about you. Please be aware that because of the Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements, access to some information will require a formal process.
HIPAA Compliance:
The Brain Injury Association of Minnesota will reasonably comply with relevant HIPAA requirements. It is an important value of the Brain Injury Association of Minnesota to protect consumer privacy and confidentiality and to provide for the security of the premises, technology and Protected Health Information (PHI) of its consumers.
