Statewide Needs and Resources Assessment
The Statewide Needs and Resources Assessment
2009-2010 Minnesota Statewide Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Needs and Resource Assesment
Through a combined effort with the Minnesota Department of Human Services and the Minnesota Department of Health, the Minnesota Brain Injury Alliance has completed the 2009-2010 Minnesota Statewide Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Needs and Resource Assessment report. This report is a summation of the surveys and Town Hall meetings held throughout the state of Minnesota during the months of April and May of 2009 which serves as an important component of Needs and Resource information for Minnesota interagency planning purposes. Periodic statewide TBI Needs and Resource Assessment and State TBI Planning efforts are requirements for State TBI Grantees. Click here to view this report.
The survey is still online and available. This survey is an important step in the process of gathering the insights, experiences and opinions of individuals affected by brain injury. We hope to hear from individuals with brain injuries, their families and friends, caregivers and providers. It will take all of these perspectives for us to fully understand what is working well and where we still need to invest our resources and efforts. Click here to take part in this survey.
If you need telephone assistance in completing the survey, please call the Minnesota Brain Injury Alliance at 612-378-2742 or 800-669-6442.
