Final Town Hall Meetings! Your Presence Requested!
Your thoughts on the state of brain injury services and supports can help shape the future of health care in Minnesota. The Statewide Needs and Resources Assessment is your opportunity to share your thoughts. All you need to do is attend one of our three remaining town hall forums and share your thoughts. It only takes two to three minutes to share your experiences, which will aid the Minnesota Department of Human Services and other state agencies as to gaps that exist in services.

Fresh Start Adult Day Program is a non-profit organization licensed through the Minnesota Department of Human Services and specializing in working with survivors of brain injury. Fresh Start opened its doors January 2, 2008 and focuses on rehabilitation, integration and socialization of these individuals. Fresh Start is available to adults 18 years of age and older who have been diagnosed with a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), or other neurological disorders such as Multiple Sclerosis. Fresh Start staff takes pride in getting to know each individual and their strengths to help them achieve their highest potential. Fresh Startís staff to participant ratio is a 1: 5, so each person gets more individual attention and care.
