Provider Spotlight - SarahCare Adult Day Services and SarahCare@Home
SarahCare Adult Day Center is a Twin Cities metro-based day program serving adults with various physical and cognitive disabilities, including individuals with brain injuries. SarahCare offers a variety of therapeutic recreational programs, as well as nursing services. SarahCare specializes in chronic care management with nurses and licensed staff highly trained in many aspects of chronic care. Their Adult Day program is currently enrolling participants. SarahCare also offers a free Caregiver Support Group held on the 3rd Thursday of each month from 5 – 6 p.m. at SarahCare Adult Day Services. SarahCare Adult Day Center and Emerald Crest Assisted Living Communities co-sponsor the support group. Meetings are held in an informational setting and are facilitated by healthcare professionals in the community.

The Provider Spotlight is a free opportunity for professionals in the brain injury community to highlight their services.
