Call for Speakers Bureau Presenters
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, falls are the leading cause of brain injury. Each year, 1.6 to 3.8 million sports/recreation-related concussions occur in the United States. The Brain Injury Association of Minnesota Speakers Bureau program is looking for individuals willing to speak to groups about their personal story of brain injury as it relates to falls or a sports/recreation related concussion. If you are interested in seeing if the Speakers Bureau is right for you, please e-mail Anna Karena, or call 612-378-2742 or 800-669-6442.
