The 2010 Walk for Thought Needs YOUR Contribution!!!
The 2009 Walk for Thought is just around the corner and the Brain Injury Association of Minnesota needs you to give what you can. The Walk is the Association's biggest fundraising event of the year. Its success affects services and supports throughout Minnesota. That is why we need your help to make this our biggest and most successful Walk ever.

Please visit our Walk for Thought page and sign up for the Walk or join a team or make an online donation today. There are four walks this year – in St. Paul, Rochester, St. Cloud and Duluth – so you have plenty of wonderful options. If you can’t make a Walk this year, we will still accept your gift. Every little bit counts.

Help us meet our goal. Take the Walk for Thought.

Will You Have The High Bid?
You won't want to miss the opportunity to place a bid on our Silent Auction Sports Collectibles at the Walk for Thought in St. Paul. Paintings of Randall McDaniel "Drawing the Line" Acrylic on Canvas - 30 x 22 inches and Al Newman "Sparkplug" by famed sports artist Robert Blehert, whose sports art auctions for between $5,000-15,000, will be available for bids – both will be autographed by Randall or Al for the top bidder. Hall of fame sports memorabilia signed by Randall McDaniel, baseballs signed by Al Newman and other auction items will also be available. Check out our Silent Auction at the Walk for Thought and you may get to take home a sport collectible. Also watch for information on an Adrian Peterson signed jersey! Proceeds from the Silent Auction benefit the Brain Injury Association of Minnesota.

Join Our Walk for Thought All Stars!
The Public Awareness department is putting out a call to all kids from youth to college that have sustained a sports or recreational concussion to be part of our Walk All Stars who will be recognized during the Pre-Walk Program with Randall McDaniel and Al Newman. Please contact Pat and give details about your or your child's concussion, and if they are signed up for the Walk.

Cranestorm-Wishes in Flight
Help us meet our goal of folding 100,000 cranes to raise brain injury awareness! You can fold cranes with your family, friends or organization and send them to us OR you can come to a Cranestorm Workshop at the Brain Injury Association of Minnesota offices. Join us at 34 13th Ave NE, Suite B001, Minneapolis, MN 55413 on Saturday, September 18 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
