Believe. Inspire. Achieve. 2011
The Brain Injury Association of Minnesota presents the First Annual "Believe. Inspire. Achieve." event, featuring Joe Kopp, who sustained a massive brain injury in a snowmobile crash that left him relearning to speak and struggling to walk. Join Joe as he celebrates his recovery by walking a marathon - 26.2 miles - and raising money for the Brain Injury Association of Minnesota.
Starting on March 5, an online auction event will be open and available for bidding. The final auction ends on Monday, March 21 at 8 p.m.
The event will culminate on Saturday, March 19, 2011 at Rosedale Center in Roseville, Minnesota! Find out more on the FuzzySideOut Web site!
Brain Injury Awareness Tuesday at the Capitol - March 15
JOIN Citizen Advocates and Advocacy Committee members of the Brain Injury Association of Minnesota, Tuesday, March 15, at the Minnesota State Capitol. We need a strong presence at the Capitol and need your help. March is Brain Injury Awareness Month, make sure your voice is heard!

Lee's Road to 1,000 Cranes!
Volunteer Program Manager Lee George is on a mission to fold 1,000 cranes by April 1, as part of the Association's Cranestorm project. Lee needs motivation to finish in time and is asking for your help! Every week Lee will release a picture of the cranes he has folded the week prior. Your job? Guess how many cranes are in this picture, the person closest to the correct answer will receive a prize! This week's prize is a free sandwich at Noodles and Company! Guesses must be in by Thursday, March 3 at 4:30 p.m. Post your guess as a comment on this Facebook post, and let's all help Lee fold a 1,000 cranes, and get some cool prizes while we are at it.
*If more than one contestant guesses the correct answer there will be a drawing to determine the winner!

Cranestorm Open House
The Brain Injury Association of Minnesota will be holding Cranestorm Open House folding sessions at our offices where you can bring your kids, spouse, friends, or anyone you may know who is interested in helping us meet our goal of 100,000 cranes. Also, if you know of any groups who are looking for something to do this winter/spring, please let them know about these dates.
