Minnesota Disability Law Center Priorities Survey
Each year, the Minnesota Disability Law Center (MDLC) surveys individuals with disabilities; their families; case managers; and other providers to determine the most important issues in our community. This input will help MDLC decide if they should keep their current priorities, change them, or add to them.

Follow this link to the MDLC Priorities Survey. The survey takes no more than five minutes. To be included in this year's priorities, the surveys should be completed by September 30. Otherwise they will be counted in next year's group.
